Summer Stipends support continuous full-time work on a humanities project for a period of two consecutive months. NEH funds may support recipients’ compensation, travel, and other costs related to the proposed scholarly research. The program is open to US Citizens and foreign nationals living in the US for at least the past three years.

Award Details:

Award Amount: $6,000

Note: Summer Stipends provide $6,000 for two consecutive months of full-time research and writing. Summer Stipends normally support work carried out during the summer months, but arrangements can be made for other times of the year.
